This is a running description of building a trailered house from beginning to the end (whenever that may be), from the purchase of a trailer through planning, building, and site location.
I had the trailer parked at the bottom of the hill, but that was away from power and water which I need to de-rust and paint. So, I hooked up the trailer to my Honda Rubicon 4 wheeler and dragged it up to the field across from my workshop.
It started with this ad in Craig's List. I bought this 9-1/2' x 26' mobile home frame on 16 Dec 09, brought it home, bought new wheels for it, and returned the old wheels to the original owner, Rob, as a part of our original deal.
